How it works
1. Choose what to share
Give HealthRaw read-only access to the Apple Health categories you want: workouts and routes, heart, sleep, activity, body, vitals and more. You can change this at any time in iPhone Settings.
2. Export or sync
Free: build a zip of your whole history on your iPhone and save or share it. Premium: new data syncs in the background to your encrypted space in the EU.
3. Let your AI read it
Give the export file to your AI, or with Premium connect your AI once through a private link or an MCP connector and ask things like “Summarise my last 7 days of workouts and sleep.”

Works with the AI you already use
MCP connector
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants read from data sources. Add the HealthRaw connector address in any AI app that supports remote MCP connectors, for example Grok, ChatGPT or Claude (availability depends on your plan with them), or in your own agent. The AI gets read-only tools such as “workouts”, “sleep” and “daily summary”.
Private link
For AI chats that can open web pages: paste your private link and ask your question. The link leads to a short index and summaries, so the AI does not have to download everything at once.
Export file
Free and offline: share the zip with an AI app that accepts files, or keep it as your own archive. It includes a README that explains the format to the AI.
You choose which AI gets access. When it reads your data, that provider's own terms apply. You can revoke a link or connector at any time.
Security, in plain words
- Free stays on your iPhone. The export is built on your phone and never reaches us.
- Premium data is encrypted with keys we don't store: they live on your iPhone and in the links or connectors you create. We have no master key and can't decrypt your stored data on our own: no employee, backup or database dump can read your stored data without your iPhone or one of your links or connectors. It's decrypted only for a moment, in memory, while your iPhone syncs or while one of your links or connectors is used.
- EU only. Our servers are in the EU, on encrypted disks. Backups are encrypted and kept for about 35 days at most.
- You see every read. The app's access log shows every read made with your links or connectors, kept for up to 90 days.
- Revoke and delete for real. Revoke a link or connector and its access ends immediately. Delete your account and your data becomes unreadable at once; encrypted backup copies become unreadable and are deleted within about 35 days. If your subscription ends, your data is deleted after 30 days (backup copies within about 35 days after that).
- Never: no selling, no ads, no AI training on your data, no iCloud, no trackers.
Questions
Is the free export really free?
Yes. The full-history export has no time limit and no account, and nothing is sent to us. Premium only adds the things that need a server: sync, the private link and the MCP connector.
Can you read my health data?
Free: no, it never reaches us. Premium: not on our own. Your data is encrypted with keys we don't store: they live on your iPhone and in the links or connectors you create. There is no master key, so we can't decrypt your stored data on our own: no employee, backup or database dump can read your stored data without your iPhone or one of your links or connectors. It's decrypted only for a moment, in memory, while your iPhone syncs or while one of your links or connectors is used. This is not end-to-end encryption, and we say so: during those moments the data passes through our server.
What does the AI provider do with my data?
When your AI reads your data, the provider gets a copy and handles it under its own terms. Some providers may use conversations to improve their models unless you turn that off, so check its settings. We can't recall data an AI has already read, but you can stop further access at once.
How do I delete everything?
In the app, choose to delete your cloud data and account. Without the app, see how to delete your data. Deleting the app alone does not delete cloud data. The subscription is cancelled separately in your Apple account settings.
What happens if I cancel Premium?
Premium works until the end of the period you paid for. After that, sync, links and connectors stop, and your cloud data is deleted 30 days later (backup copies within about 35 days after that). The free export keeps working.
Is this medical advice?
No. HealthRaw is not a medical device. It delivers your data; your AI's answers come from your AI and can be wrong. Talk to a doctor about health decisions.
Does it use iCloud?
No. HealthRaw never stores your Health data in iCloud. Export files are kept out of backups and are deleted after sharing or after 24 hours.
Is there an Android version?
No. HealthRaw is for iPhone and reads Apple Health.
